It was so good we booked again!

We’ve always been delighted with Jet2.com but this time I got in touch and asked if there was anything they could do as it was our 1st wedding anniversary. We were treated like VIPs on the flight and invited to meet the crew and have photos taken on the flight deck (after landing of course) along with the champagne I’d pre-ordered, and a Captain’s announcement it was really special - and this was just the start. A total contrast from when we flew on Ryanair for our honeymoon and they couldn’t care less. The whole holiday was outstanding in every way.

Having now arrived home I can honestly say I haven’t experienced such amazing customer service from start to finish from any company in a long long time. It was an absolute pleasure. From the staff when we checked in at Glasgow International Airport, helped take away our trolleys, helped with all our kids, staff on the flight out couldn’t have done more, staff at Tenerife South were super helpful and again all the staff on the return flight were tremendous! 10 out of 10!!

Night entertainment was really good as well and the adult disco by the beach was fab! I certainly recommend the hotel (and the SPA! Such a good SPA!). Stevie's safari outing is a definite thing to do. Tea for two restaurants are lovely, great options and friendly staff. If you do the Paphos shopping trip take your driving licence or passport as there is a checkpoint as some of the shops are on the Turkish side

Excellent communication from start to finish - the most important thing. Knowing that I have the most up-to-date information regarding my holiday helps build trust with the company and takes away any anxieties. Friendly staff and good boarding and disembarking systems also contribute to this.

Being our first time with Jet2 we were worried about what to do once at the airport, but from the moment we walk in, we were greeted by a lovely lady who showed us where we had to go. We were then greeted by another lovely lady who helped us with our bags, we were through check in and security within 10 minutes. The crew who took us were brilliant, very helpful and friendly. When we got to the other end, which is normally the most stressful part of the holiday as you have to try and find transfers- well we didn’t have anything to worry about, we were greeted again by a lovely lady who told us our bus number and showed us the way, outstanding service.
